Ahn.studio ships both domestically and internationally, as long as USPS can send mail to your country. You can check the USPS website to see if your country’s postal service is accepting international mail.

Domestic shipping for standard orders is $5. International shipping is $14 to Canada, and $16 everywhere else. The cost of postage to ship orders internationally has increased since the beginning of the year, thus the shipping cost has been adjusted accordingly. Please be aware that you may have to pay a customs fee when your package arrives in your country. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

If you are only ordering stickers, you have the option of getting your order shipped in a stamped, untracked envelope. Shipping for sticker-only domestic orders is $2 while sticker-only international orders are $4. This is a cheaper shipping alternative and does not need to be processed by customs.

If you would like to purchase tracking on your sticker order, please add Sticker Order Tracking to your order. The cost of tracking would be the same as the regular shipping price.

Due to the shipping complications of COVID-19, please be aware of possible shipping delays. Domestic orders may be delayed 2-3 days, but international orders could take 3-4 months to arrive. In addition, there are some countries that are currently not accepting First-Class US mail, meaning I am unable to ship to them. A list of those countries can be found here.

Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed. I am a one-woman team and am working hard to get your order sent out as quickly and carefully as possible!

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Unfortunately, I cannot calculate these costs as they vary from country to country.

Domestic orders should arrive 3-5 days after receiving your shipping notification. International orders can take around 1-3 months depending on where you are in the world. Please note that covid related delays are still affecting shipment times, especially for international orders.

If you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please contact me with the name and tracking number on your order.

Items will be restocked in the next seasonal shop update. Some items may be removed or discontinued after a season due to difficulties sourcing the same material, or if I have decided to retire a design.
